Fresh Home Filter Solution

Complimentary introductory offer: To welcome our new clients we install festive outdoor lighting as part of our service at no additional cost. We install 50ft of string lighting with your choice of a standard plug and play or a solar model.

Solution includes:

Porch, Patio & Deck Clearing: Sweep leaves, dirt and cobwebs from porches, patios, stoops and decks.
Furniture & Grill Wipe Down: Clean outdoor tables, chairs and gas grill exteriors.
Bin Sanitization: Scrub, clean and sanitize outdoor trash and recycling cans to help control odors.
Patio Screen Ceiling Clean: Remove accumulated dust, cobwebs and debris from patio screen ceilings.
Enclosure Screen Blowing: Blow small debris off enclosure screens.

All listed services are included at each visit. Labor and travel included. No hidden trip fees. Deep cleaning is quoted separately.

What’s included:

Washer & Dryer Care: Clean accessible surfaces, sanitize inside and out where suitable, and check hoses, drains and seals.
Dryer Vent Cleaning: Replace outside cover if needed. One full vent cleaning per year, lint-trap vacuuming and visible blockage checks at each visit.
Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm Care: Test alarms and replace compatible batteries where replaceable.
Check Fridge Water Filter: Install your compatible replacement filter when due.
Stove Exhaust Care: Degrease the hood, clean washable filters or install replacements.
Replace air filter.
Replace home water filter/under sink filter.

Cleaning supplies and standard alarm batteries included. Homeowners supply compatible AC filters, home/under-sink water filters, refrigerator water filters and replacement range hood filters. Installation of customer-supplied filters is included with a one-time Home Safety & Sanitation service call or scheduled subscription visit.
Both payment options include the same service schedule. Monthly: 12-month commitment, 12 payments of $59, total $708. Annual: one payment of $599 for 12 months, saving $109.
Starting pricing covers one washer, one dryer, one refrigerator and one range hood with standard accessible venting. Additional appliances or difficult access are quoted separately. Appliance repairs, drain repairs, replacement alarms and vent modifications are quoted separately.
Continue monthly alarm testing and manufacturer-recommended care between visits.

Windows & Doors Care Solution

Seal & Lock Checks: Inspect door and window weatherstripping, seals, locks and deadbolts.
Windowsill Cleaning: Clean accessible sills inside and outside.
Window Cleaning: Clean accessible interior windows and exterior windows reachable from the ground.
Interior Windows & Doors: Clean indoor window glass and door surfaces.
Screen Checks: Inspect window and porch screens for tears or loose frames.
Sliding Door Care: Inspect doors, clean and vacuum tracks, and lubricate as needed.

Cleaning supplies and suitable lubricants included. Exterior window cleaning is included for windows reachable from the ground. Exterior windows requiring ladder access carry an additional charge, confirmed before service.
Monthly payments require a 12-month commitment. Starting total: $708. Annual billing covers 12 months of service and saves $109 at the starting rate.
