BeGarageProud LLC ("BeGarageProud," "we," "us") provides home and garage services from Palm Coast through Oak Hill, Florida. This policy covers information collected through begarageproud.com and during inquiries, referrals, bookings and service visits.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a consultation, estimate or service, we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, city, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, details about your project, and any photos or documents you upload.
Information from referral partners. If a real estate agent, cleaner, organizer or other service professional refers you to us, they may give us your name, phone number, address and the services you are interested in. We use this information only to contact you about your request.
Information from our visits. We take photos and service notes to document our work. Where authorized under the photo permission in your service agreement, we may use non-identifying photos of completed installations on our website, social media, portfolio and advertisements. We exclude or obscure faces, addresses, license plates, mail and private identifying belongings unless separately authorized. Access information. If you give us a key or a gate, garage, lockbox or alarm code so we can reach your property for scheduled visits, we use it only for your service visits, share it only with the team members doing the work, keep it separate from general customer notes, and delete codes and return keys when your service ends or when you ask.
Payment information. We use Wix for our business operations. When online payment is offered, payment details are collected and processed through the payment provider identified at checkout. We receive the information needed to confirm payment, manage billing and maintain transaction records. The payment provider's privacy policy explains its handling of payment information.
Website information. Our site uses Wix and Google/Meta advertising tracking. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages visited, interactions, referral information and advertising conversions. These tools support site operation, audience measurement, ad performance measurement and advertising personalization, depending on their configuration and your choices.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, prepare quotes and schedule visits
To provide and bill for services, including subscription plans
To send appointment reminders, receipts and plan-renewal notices
To send occasional offers, only if you agree (see Calls, texts and email)
To track and pay referral commissions to partners who referred you
To operate and improve the website, measure advertising results, support advertising personalization where enabled, and protect our business and customers

Advertising disclosures. We disclose website activity and identifiers through Google and Meta advertising tools as described in this policy. Depending on applicable law and how these tools are configured, these disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our business:

Service providers. We use service providers such as Wix (website, forms and bookings) and Google Workspace (email and documents) to run our business. Payment providers process payments when online payment is enabled.
Advertising partners. Google and Meta receive information through our advertising tracking tools and may process it under their own privacy policies and applicable agreements, including for advertising purposes.
Referral partners. If a partner referred you, we may let them know whether you booked service so we can pay their referral commission. We do not share your project details, photos or payment information with them.
Team members and helpers who perform work at your home, limited to what they need for the job.
Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
A business transfer, if BeGarageProud is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Calls, texts and email

We use your contact details to respond to your request and to communicate about estimates, appointments, plans and billing. Our team may call or text you from their mobile phones for these purposes. An inquiry is not permission for promotional texts or marketing calls; we send those only if you separately agree, and agreeing is never a condition of purchase.

To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact john@begarageproud.com. To stop promotional texts or calls, reply to the text or tell us, and we will stop promptly within applicable legal deadlines. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not cancel your service plan or erase amounts properly due. We may continue necessary service communications through permitted channels, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.

How we protect and keep your information

We use reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts and devices and limiting who can see customer records. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.

We keep customer records as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and legal obligations and resolve disputes, then delete or securely dispose of them.

Your choices

Privacy requests. Email john@begarageproud.com or call (386) 287-0182 to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold, or to ask about privacy rights that apply to you. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We address requests as required by applicable law and may retain records needed to complete transactions, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Cookies and advertising choices. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and adjust advertising preferences in your Google and Meta accounts. Blocking cookies may affect website features, and these settings may not stop every form of tracking. Contact us using the details above with questions about our tracking tools or to request an advertising opt-out available under applicable law.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with its updated effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
